Of all the mind-body approaches I've experienced, practiced, and taught, EFT has had the greatest impact on my life, and I'm passionate about sharing it with others.

Hi, I'm Marita Katzbeck

Helping people feel better has been a calling for as long as I can remember. Long before I became an EFT Practitioner, I spent more than 20 years as a massage therapist, bodyworker, and Wellness Concepts instructor, helping people understand the powerful connection between the mind, body, and emotions.

Throughout those years, I noticed something important. Many people were doing everything they could to support their physical health, yet they were still carrying fear, stress, overwhelm, grief, and emotional burdens that no amount of information or treatment seemed to address.

That realization led me to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping.

Of all the mind-body approaches I've experienced, practiced, and taught, EFT has had the greatest impact. I've seen how releasing emotional stress can create meaningful shifts in how people feel, think, and respond to life's challenges. Time and again, I've witnessed that when the mind relaxes, the body often follows.

Today, I am especially passionate about supporting women who are navigating cancer.

A cancer diagnosis can affect every part of life. Beyond the physical challenges, there can be uncertainty, fear, frustration, grief, isolation, and a sense of losing control.

While medical care focuses on treating the body, many women find themselves longing for support for the emotional side of the journey.

My mission is to provide a compassionate space where women can process difficult emotions, reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and discover greater peace, resilience, and well-being throughout their cancer experience.

My Approach

I believe true wellness involves the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.

Through EFT, I help women create space for their emotions, calm their nervous system, and reconnect with their inner strength. Whether in individual sessions or group programs, my approach is compassionate, supportive, and centered on meeting you where you are.

My goal is to help you develop practical tools for navigating stress, uncertainty, and life's challenges with greater ease, resilience, and self-compassion.

Because healing isn't just about what happens to the body. It's also about caring for the emotional and spiritual parts of yourself along the way.

You don't have to walk this path alone.
